I use SQLyog create a database by chinese

I use SQLyog create a database by chinese,and create a table by chinese,in sqlyog，them display "一体化平台事项汇总",
but,if I open mysql databases in 'C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data',the database file folder and table '.ibd' file named '@4e00@4f53@5316@5e73@53f0@4e8b@9879@6c47@603b'.
I want know why? and how to change that name to keep same with SQLyog display.
