I'm new to mysql so if someone more experienced comes go with them.

Can you paste the structure of the excel/gsheet table like what are the different columns and such would need those for the creating a table or multiple tables.

so the A's within a group so for example in the 25% group the A's would be 18,750 and the B's are 25,000 if im getting the math right the two different records cant go beyond its group percentage over the 100,000?

you can read into partitioning were there are diferent types of it such as a range partition were the rows are put in different partition tables based off a certain range of a column.
