Fail MySQL installation from the document part

Hi, I'm reinstalling MySQL 8.0.38 for window11 home x64 after several failure. My error doesn't shows any error message or error log in system.
First, they show "Wait until window configures MYSQL document..." for a second, and then -shows nothing. No error message, installation tab, etc.

I already formatted my computer several times due to this, but somehow I can't resolve - or at least find the reason.

Please help. I'm so desperate...
