Looking for advice on upgrading MySQL from 80 to current version

Hello,

Our organization uses MySQL80 (Running on a server with Windows Server 2022) as a part of our REDCap database system. I would like to upgrade MySQL80 to the current version, but when I open the application and click Check for Updates, it displays the following error message:

check for updates failed urlopen error unknown url: https
please verify that your internet connection is available

The server in question is connected to the internet.

Has anyone else on the forum encountered this issue, and if so, what is the solution?
