Group Replication Primary - Primary

Hi everyone question is "Is it possible to make Primary-Primary Groupe Replication with just two 8.4.5 Linux Server ?" I've made so setup works for several days without proble then second node goes Unreachable with qourum issue ... i've give weith in setup MAIN server 90 NODE(FALLBACK) 10 it doesnt help. I need each time do CLONE then restart group to make it alive for several days again ... i read that I could use arbitr to resolve that issue i have windows machine server that runs same version 8.4.5 as service but i cant make clone or just join with out base it (clone inpossibel due difference architecture windows linux) with out database just for qourun resolution i cant join group anyway ....
