2 Equal Databases

I have 2 equal Databases that are not connected.

In the First Database(1) are new entrys from time to time. In the second(2) are corrections and stuff.

What I want is a update for the 2 DB where only the new Entrys are inserted without overwrite anything.

How can I realise that?
