How to strip off " , $, % from the values entered in one of the columns

Hi,

I am trying to strip off a " sign and a $ sign and a % sign from the values in 3 separate columns, in a table..

This might be a really dumb Question for some of you.. but I cannot find a query to do this... so any help is appreciated :)
