problem running MySQL
Hello, I have just installed 4.0.20d under windows. The reason is to install a PHPBB forum server.
When I install MySQL everything works ok. I set the username, password and create a database. Everything works ok and I install and configure the PHP forum completely, so i can use it, add users, and other people from the internet.
So Mysql works well. The problem comes when I stop the server. Next time I start it shows the message
"Fatal error: Can't open privilege tables: Table 'mysql.host' doesn't exist".
I have installed it all several times, and always happens this. I have used 4.0.18 and 4.0.20d. If i reinstall it works, but when restart the computer or restart the mysql service appears this error.
Anyone can help?
