User Replication

I am running a MYSQL server in one building, and I have set up replication out to a second server. I am now replication all of my databases, and that seems to be working fine.
The only problem I have is I want to replicat the User infromation (Logins and passwords).
Is this as simple as replication the "mysql" database (which is excluded by default)? Is there something else I could do?
