Yes, but problem is that this internal warning makes an user operation fail.

Either TABLE_COMMENT should be better typed (why VARCHAR(80) whereas MySQL may store longer text?), either data truncation error should not occur for this system table since user is not responsible for that (and I even don't read this column in my query).

I think I'll post a bug.
