Easy Way To Convert Poorly-Encoded Hebrew To Unicode?
I just imported data that was being stored in Hebrew Windows-1255 format which, instead of appearing as Hebrew in the db, appears as weird strings, such as:
ð ðé ðéà ðéàå ðéàå÷ ðéàå÷å ðéàå÷åï àâ'ðãä
The output renders properly in Hebrew Windows-1255 format. However, I'd like to convert it to Unicode. Is there any sort of script that will repair bad encoding like this?
