Collation - when language is not in the list
Hi,
I am creating a website in punjabi (one of the indian languages).
The collation of that as such is not listed (I mean when I create table in phpmyadmin)
What is the way to go when that happens.

PS: I am a newbie when it comes to collations. I understand it is the sort sequence of characters but not much more than that.
