Restore Database Problem - Urgent

When I want to Restore my back up PHPNuke, this error will be appear ?
what can i do for solve it ?

MySQL database back up size is : 12MB
AND My Database contained Persian text : UTF8

ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 1: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the ma
nual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use n
ear 'n++
CREATE TABLE nuke_authors (
aid varchar(25) NOT NULL,
name varchar(50)' at line 1
