Converting to utf8 in MySQL 4.0.23

Hi guys,

I've got MySQL 4.0.23-standard installed on my server and I'm not upgrading due to the problems that it does with Hebrew on db's after upgrade and dumps

I have a db that was created via our control panel ( DirectAdmin ) and was probably set as hebrew-iso-8859-i I need to convert it into hebrew-utf8

How can this be done?
