I have followed your article and I still get question marks in my database. I entirely agree with Robert, can someone please provide a series of SQL statements that actually demonstrate how to type in a string of, say, Cyrillic characters and store them in a database.
The fact that QueryBrowser doesn't appear to be unicode doesn't help.
