Change collation of all the tables on the database server

At this moment all the collations of the tables of the all of the databases on the server are latin1_swedish_ci and i would like to change this on a quick way to utf8_general_ci ? Otherwise i have to handle each table seperate to change the collation, and with 35 seperated databases is that a hugh job. I guess this can be handled on a much simple way.
