Collation for German Character Set

Hi,

I am using MySQL 4.1.22 version.

I want to know which Collation would suite for All the German Characters.

Currently I am using latin1 and latin1_swedish_ci.

Even though when I am using latin1 and latin1_swedish_ci. When I Look into the Databse I found some special chars like this Hauptmenüs.


Please suggest
