If I suggested "on the moon you weigh less" you would
not reply "how do I avoid that issue?" It's how things
are, if you want to visit the moon then you accept the
consequences. And if you use Unicode, nobody has a way
to avoid every conceivable conversion issue. But I guess
that your site is not strictly Japanese, that you don't
distinguish between every variety of sjis or eucjp, and
that to you this "issue" is obscure. Are these wrong
guesses? I don't know. You do. It's your business.
