I also have this problem after I upgrade from 4.1.14 to 4.1.15
It was all works fine until I done the upgrade
The website's chinese character shows ?????????
But if I use phpmyadmin to view the content then it's correct chinese
So, I don't know what's should I do to fix it now.
I am using the following configure for my system
Apache 2.0.55
Php 4.4.0
gd 2.0.33
perl-5.8.7
MySql 4.1.14
MDpro 1.074
