I use c# access mysql database containing Chinese characters.
The sql :select * from normal_log where MAIL_SUBJECT like '%[Chinese characters]%'
but i use command line connect to mysql database and execute the sql ,it succeeds.
it take me the whole day ,i am totally confused . Please the me the right way to solve the problem ,thank you .
