#1366 - Incorrect string value: '\xBE inch...' for column '

I have MySQL
Server: localhost via TCP/IP
Server version: 5.1.30-community
Protocol version: 10
User: root@localhost
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
install on windows xp
when I load data to fild TEXT I have msg:
#1366 - Incorrect string value: '\xBE inch...' for column '
I think it related with load special chracters like ¾
How to fix this problem ?
