come guys, some one must know what to do.. :|

To recap in short my situation:

I got a site where text in Hebrew is saved into the database. Pulling it out from the server shows the text just fine, but if i dump the database and extract on my machine, whenever i run queries i get Gibberish instead of Hebrew.
