Turkish charset problem - Urgent help needed!

Hello all,

We are running an online magazine and having major problems to get our new Turkish
edition online. The problems are caused by the chartset. We need urgent help.

MySQL version 4.1.8
Sample version - Turkish edition with charset problems

MySQL version 4.0.17
Sample version - Turkish edition with no charset problems
http://lgd.webtotal.nl/tr/index.html

We are using XSL, UTF-8 in combination with PHP.

Is there anyone out there who knows the solution for our problem?
