i am trying to export my old server database (when i click browse rows it says collation latin2_general_ci and text inside is %^ ?? and it is correctly displayed on my utf8 website
when i import to new server i pick my .sql file with utf8 checked by default and after import on my utf8 website i cant see polich characters displayed correctly
