New, extended test log is at http://pastebin.ca/1986293.

The statements to generate the above log are at http://pastebin.ca/1986310, and the custom collation is at http://pastebin.ca/1986300. It's the full Index.xml, look for 'utf8_rsm_ci'.

I'm seeing full matches working as expected and partial matches yielding zero rows, regardless of characters touched in the custom collation actually being present.

Table scans yield correct results, only keys are broken.
