Dear Sirs,

After upgrading 4.1.13, the Korean letters from database except other letters on web page are broken.
But, at phpmyadmin, I can see Korean data.

My system is win xp sp2, apache 2.0.54, php 4.4.0, mysql 4.1.13.
The database was encoded by utf8.
-i.e.- mydata myisam utf8_general_ci

The Caharacter settings same as before upgrading.
httpd.conf AddDefaultCharset EUC-KR
php.ini default_charset = "EUC-KR"
mysql.cnf
default-character-set=euckr language=l:/xampp/mysql/share/korean
init_connect="set names euckr"

What am I missing?
Any comment would be appreciated.
