Yes, I believe it's totally possible. You should define what character set/collation you need for each language (don't be affraid, just choose utf8 for character set and if you didn't see any specified collation with the name of your language, you can simply use ut8_general_ci) and then you'd be fine.
Start writing your code buddy, if you got any problem in the middle of the way, you can certainly ask in here. MySQL is gooooood for your case ;)
