Hello Nahum,

I guess you're using MyODBC to connect to MySQL from an Access program.

Please open DSN configuration and add this line into
"SQL command on connect" field:

SET NAMES hebrew

I believe after that it should start to work fine.
It if does not help, please run these queries and post
their results here:

SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'character_set%';
SELECT HEX('some-string-in-hebrew');
