Re: Case insensitive search in utf8 db
Using my pc with the latest version of Workbench and Server, I get the results you mention. The client though, is not. They are not using workbench, they are using a windows app created by them and they connect with the db. I do not know more than you, they don't share any information more than those I told you. The absence of primary key is not my business. If their app is working as they want to, I am good. I was just asked to find the query wanted. Thinking of it, I created a new connection and imported the sql file they gave me. I think that Workbench made a setting which does not appear in their db or the sample db that I have has not the problematic setting. That's why they have this problem.
