Migrating to MySQL 5

Hi,
I want to migrate from Oracle to MYSQL 5. I want to migrate to version 5 as I want to use the new features supported in version 5. Please tell me if there is any tool for migration to version 5 which can also handle triggers, procedures and all the new features in version 5.
Also, I would like to know about the isuues that may arise during the migration process and (if possible) their possible solutions.
