Setu,

I just uploaded the next alpha release of the Migration Toolkit, 1.0.2.

This version has improved error handling, is using progress bars/information and seperates the execution thread from the UI thread so the program does not freeze during the reverse engineering anymore.

It would be real valuable for us if you could try the tool again and provide feedback.
