This is not in the scope of the Migration Toolkit, but we might include such a feature in the MySQL Workbench. When you re-modell your schema in the Workbench we keep track of the changes you do and then a script could be generated to move the data accordingly.

But we are still in a rather early development phase of the Workbench, so it might take some time till you see that feature implemented.

But please keep track of what we do,
