Migrating from SQL Server to My SQL

Hello:

I am new to the migration tool kit. A few questions:

1) When using the migration tool kit to connect to SQL server, would it be possible to connect using Windows authentication?

2) I am using migration toolkit 1.1.17, which does not allow users to change the destination database name. Does an earlier version of the migration toolkit allow users to change the destination database name?

3) If instead of on-line migrating all the data, I am exporting them to a flat file, the migration toolkit put all data into one file (about 60GB). Would it be possible to have the migration toolkit breaking up the data into a number of smaller files. Right now, the 60GB file cannot be open.

Thanks,
