I managed to find a post by PETER THORNQVIST (sept 2007) here in these forums which gives the answer.
I found a further error in that this does not work for "ATTACHED" databases in MSSQL, so I imported my ATTACHED db.
The migration then goes on to generate a migration script which contains errors... now, forgive if I'm wrong, but a tool written by a company to import data into it's own DB should really be able to create its own script correctly....?
