Hello,

Take a look at DBConvert for MS SQL & MySQL from http://www.dbconvert.com/convert-mssql-to-mysql-pro.php?DB=6

You can convert either the whole database or just selected tables. As well you are able to define filtering conditions and retrieve only the specific data that you need for conversion.
