Hi

The graphical MT is not available in Linux, although there is a
simpler text-mode version of it. It will be included in the GUI Tools bundle
soon.

If you'd like to build it from sources, there are building instructions at:
http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/Building_MySQL_GUI_Tools_on_Linux
