i was infact reading abt replication after posting this.

BTW can u tell me if we can perform reads and writes on both master and slave server simultaneously?

is there any limitation like write operations can only be done on master and slave can only read??

also can anybody provide me link to learn abt database backups and best tool to perform mysql cluster backup?
