Migration scripts from Mysql 4.1 to Mysql 4.0

HI,

I'm trying to migrate from Mysql 4.1 to Mysql 4.0

the back up scripts generated from the source database (using MySql Administration tool kit) doesn't work in th destination database

Please Help !
