Hi, I was looking for the same feature, thus found old version of Migration Toolkit at:
http://downloads.mysql.com/archives.php?p=MySQLDeveloperSuite

or you can use this (that was my choice for conversion) toolkit:
http://www.convert-in.com/sqlkit.htm

it worked well enough for my case ;-)
