Transfer Foreign Keys from Access

Hi,
I just downloaded the MySQL Migration Toolkit 1.0.18 and I am trying to migrate a database from access. The database comes over fine, its just that it won't transfer my foreign key constraints that I had setup in Access. I am using Access 2003 and I made sure to go to Tools > Options > Set System Objects to visible under View tab. It still doesn't migrate my foreign keys, though. If someone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
