Migration from MS SQL to MySQL

When I perform the migration from MS SQL 2000 to MySQL 5 I get an error while reading the procedure schemas:

The schema could not be reverse engineered (error: 10008).

I have many procedures and have no doubt that some of them cannot be simply reverse engineered however I cannot continue the process or even determine which procedure cannot be migrated. Please let me know what I can do to continue the migration.

Thanks,
John
