PROBLEM IN ROUTINE MIGRATION

HELLO EVERYBODY,
THE SUBJECT WHAT I MENTIONED IS MY PROBLEM. I HAVE MYSQL VER 5.0.12-BETA. DOES IT SUPPORT STORED PROCEDURE IMPLEMENTATION?I'M GETTING SYNTAX ERROR WHEN I TRIED TO CREATE A STORED PROCEDURE IN MYSQL SERVER.

PLZ IF ANYBODY KNOWS HELP ME
