Hi,

could you try to start the Migration Toolkit with the command line option -jvm to explicitly tell the tool which jvm.dll to use?

For me that would be

MySQLMigrationTool.exe -jvm C:\Programme\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\client\jvm.dll

To get more information you can also use

MySQLMigrationTool.exe -verbose

This should give your more detailed information.
