Changing Schema names, lost data (Yes I read the sticky)

I used Michael G. Zinner method of changing a schema name on my MySQL server usint the Migration Toolkit. It worked great, except for it didn't transfer all the records over.. I'm not sure why. I haven't gotten a chance to see what items didn't get transfered. It did transfer most of the tables/records for my stuff.. but not all.
Two of the tables didn't get any records.. gave a error, "couldn't fetch table information" when I right clicked it and selected "Edit Table' in MySQL Administrator.
couple of them lost 20 records out of 1480 records..
