I'm using version 4.0.18, but I also tried it with mysql 5.0. I already used the "Create Script File for Create Statements" option. I saw that at a given point the create statements look like this :
"CREATE db.tableX ('CREATE db.tableX2(',..." So you see that at a given point the migration proces stops generating the correct create statements.
