Installing and Using MT on Win98

Good day for all
First of all sorry for my english

I have a problem with installing MT on my workstation.
Before installer starts copying files it says "The operating system is not adequate for
running MySQL Migration Toolkit 1.0".

I thought that this is a problem with installer, so i download the zipped version of MT.

And here what the Win98 says after i try to start the MySQLMigrationTool.exe
"File LIBMYSQLX.dll bind with non exist component KERNEL32.dll:GetFileSizeEx" (this is translation from russian), (i think that win98 doesn't show something at the end of GetFileSizeEx...... ).

So i understand that i need newer version of Win (for example XP), but i haven't the ability to update it , even the win98 over Internet.

So may be exist another way ?...... :)
