Like to use the Migration Tool but my host denies remote access to mysqldb on his server

I would like to use the Migration Tool but my host (ehost.com) denies remote access to mysqldb on his server, only web access. With the program MySQL Front I worked arround this by creating a php tunnel and it works fine.
Is there any way to work arround this problem using the Migration Tool?
