Yes, this is possible. On the last page of the migration process there is a button to save the migration to a script.
You can run this script from the command line with the grtsh.exe that is found in the installation directory.
Therefore you can simple schedule it from the command line with the "at" command (type at /? for help) or using the Windows Scheduler interface (Start > Control Panel > Scheduled Tasks).
One thing. In the current version, the grtsh only works if your current path is the installation directory. This is already fixed and will be in the next release.
