i want copy my tables and data from one comp to another comp...

hi,
i want to transfer all my tables and data created in mysql from one computer to another. Both have my sql. But i dont want to create all the tables from scratch and enter all the datas again....Is there anyway out? Can i directly copy all the tables along with data to any other computer directly? plzzzz...help me out!
