I uploaded a patch that fixes this bug in the bug report page (http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=69596). It should be included in the next 6.0 beta.

Apply it to the db_mssql_migration_grt.py file and restart MySQL Workbench 6.

Please report back if that solves the problem.
